Self-indulgent? Hahah maybe consider things 'deserved' instead? ....A self-indulgent attitude in itself though, perhaps
ReplyDeleteBut, lovelylovely photos :) hope your trip continues great/safely!!
I hope your road trip includes the not so noticed places and tourist sights... the midwest may seem like it goes on forever with only fields and more fields but there are a lot of little treasures there... my advise is to visit the Amish (Ohio and PA have quite a bit it is such an experience) or another place that holds on to its traditions (and make sure to eat some cheese)... but if you go to touristy places I will have to say at niagara falls 'cave of the winds' is the best... I liked it over 'the maid of the mist' which I have gone on a few times... anyway have some nice travels :) oh and it's a pitty you aren't driving through the midwest in early summer cause all the wheat turns to gold at sunrise... it is breathe taking... it is like looking at an ocean of gold but wheat is all off now...
ReplyDeleteIrene is en route to NY, so you stay safe now.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to more photos of the road trip, sure they will be great.
Have fun chasing the storm!
Hi Sen! I hope you stayed safe during the Hurricane when you were in NC! Btw, you should visit Boston too! It's full of history, lots of museums and galleries and has the unique New England charm you can't find anywhere else! Plus, if you're a seafood fan, you'll definitely want to come here and have REAL New England clam chowder and Maine lobster! :)
ReplyDeletecan you record a video of you speaking both japanese and english? i want to hear your voice and your accent. ok it sounds so creepy.
